We are a hardworking, fun and friendly company looking for an experienced sales and service representative. We want you to join our team and deliver a high level of quality service to our customers in insurance services: for auto, home, business and commercial lines.

We are currently looking for Russian or Ukrainian speaking Agents!

Duties and Responsibilities

● Assist in all binding and current policy insurance operations
● Process any changes that the insured may need, and the overall management of renewals
● Follow up on new sales opportunities and market campaigns
● Process customer payments over the phone and internet
● Obtain feedback from customers and report on enhancements in order to offer a higher level of service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

● Preferred knowledge of insurance market
● Preferred to have 3+ years of experience in the area of sales and/or customer service in professional environment
● Proficiency in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Albanian, Spanish and Mandarine
● Ability to work in a team and support other co-workers
● Proficient computer and communication skills
● Analytical and problem solving skills to help handle client needs
● Must be able to pass a background check
● Must be willing & able to obtain the proper insurance licensing
